Scroll down a bit to the mention of Joe Pesci. They cite every movie I listed, and even use my quote as "one reader said". Apparently a magazine I can't find anything about called "Film" may have lifted the content without crediting me. Does anyone get this magazine that can confirm it for me?

This gets even funnier. Looks like there really is no FILM magazine. A writer from WENN (The World Entertainment News Network) based in England, apparently just took my story, attributed it to a non-existant magazine, and then used a quote from my original piece as one of the reader comments from their non-existant poll. This story has then been run in several sources that subscribe to their news feed (Annanova, and various newspapers).
I'll call their London office on Monday to see what's up.

Well, I talked to the news editor of The Daily Star and his response was mind boggling. "Well, anything on the net is fair game, you can't copyright anything on the internet." What the hell??? He insists that they got their material from a US magazine called FILM that I can find no trace of (don't think it exists), and pretty much said to take it up with their legal department if I've got a problem with them.


A note: The UK-based Total Film magazine is not the US based Film Magazine which does not exist.
